Trust and Obey

Jesus' stance on worry, according to the Bible, is very clear: don't. In Matthew 6:25 and 34, He tells us not to worry about tomorrow, or about life, what we'll eat, drink or wear, but how feasible is that when we have to constantly plan and make provisions for the future, both near and far; it's not like we can waltz through life without futuristic visions. Jesus doesn't say we shouldn't have goals that we walk towards, He's saying don't let it burden you so much.

We all have multiple sources of worry, be it your health, happiness, family, career, or even a pet. But just like every other problem, the solution is simple, Jesus. Just trust in Him and obey as well, and everything will work out just fine, remember, you are more precious than the birds of the air, or the flowers in the field that God cares and provides for, so why should you be worried. He knows the end from the beginning, so He is more than capable of sorting you out, just cast all your anxiety on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7) , and if you obey His instructions, then you'll be better than fine, because "we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." - Romans 8:28 (NKJV)
