A lot of people worry about all the dos and don'ts that come with Christianity. They worry about how they would be able to keep up with it all. 1 Thessalonians 1:3 gives us an answer,
"We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ."
Works are produced by faith, laboring for the gospel and the church is prompted by faith, and endurance of pressures, trials, temptations and persecution is inspired by hope in God. And in 1 Corinthians 13:13, Paul had already said that these three things - faith, hope, and love - will last forever.
So, focus on these things first and everything else will fall into place. Build your faith and you'll see the works accompanying it. Love God and your neighbors, and you'll not mind working to build others up and to spread the gospel. Hope in God and keep your mind fixed on the prize that is eternal life with him, you'll never grow weary of running this race.
Peace and love of Christ be with you all!!!
