New Year, New You

Some of us might be tired of the whole "new year, new me" sentiment, so just a quick reminder from 2 Corinthians 5:17.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

So, you really can have a new you. Don't let things of the past hold you behind. A friend of mine once posted on her story, "If you used to do something before, and now you correct those that do it, it doesn't make you a hypocrite. It means you've grown and you've learned."

Past mistakes have been erased by the blood of Jesus; He's given you a clean slate. Use it, write new things on it, don't dwell on what has been erased.

Peace and love of Christ be with you all!!!
