Check-in

Hi there, I don't have much to write today. I just wanted to use this opportunity to check-in and encourage you.

Here's two verses that I read yesterday that really stuck out to me:

Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.

- Romans 5:9-10

It's easy to downplay the power of Christ's saving sacrifice after initially receiving salvation, but this verse tells us that it's only the beginning! I don't know about you, but that's really exciting news to me! How much more will we be saved from judgement and rescued into life now, if He already reconciled us to God?! How much more will our futures be transformed if our past has been forgiven?!! How much more will His grace abound over us if His mercy is everlasting?!!!

No matter where you are in your walk with God, you haven't seen it all yet. It is impossible to exhaust the abundant riches of God's glory, so keep being expectant, keep being excited for what God's doing and will do in your life. He's not done just yet!
